This is the Pricing Page of aide.lite by MWD STD Inc. It forms part of the Terms of Service (Section 10.1). All prices are in US dollars.

Plans

You subscribe from the Account page of the application: choose Monthly or Yearly and pay on the checkout page of our payment provider.

Trial

A new account starts with a Trial of 30 days. It begins when you confirm your email address, needs no payment details and does not turn into a paid plan by itself: when it ends, your account switches to Limited Mode until you buy a plan (Sections 10.4 and 10.7 of the Terms). If you subscribe during the Trial, the Trial ends and your paid term starts on the day you pay.

Early price

Pro Monthly is sold at the early price of $19.99 per month to the first 200 subscribers. Checkout applies it automatically while places remain; no code is needed. A place is taken by an account's first paid subscription at the early price and is never released, even when that subscriber leaves.

The early price stays with your subscription for as long as it renews without a break. When that subscription ends — for example, after you turn off automatic renewal and the term runs out — the early price is lost for good: a new subscription on the same account is charged the regular price. Switching the subscription to another plan in Manage billing — to Pro Yearly, or to Pro Monthly at the regular price — also ends the early price; it cannot be switched back. While it lasts, the early price is not raised: price changes under Section 10.6 of the Terms do not apply to it.

Taxes

All prices are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes are added at checkout according to your billing address (Section 10.3).

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term for the same term at the then-current price. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time in Manage billing on the Account page; your subscription then runs to the end of the current term (Section 10.5). You can also switch between Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly there. A switch to Pro Yearly takes effect at once: the unused part of the current month is credited on the first yearly invoice, which is charged straight away. A switch to Pro Monthly takes effect when the annual term ends. We remind you by email before an annual term renews. Payments are non-refundable, except as provided in Section 13.6 of the Terms or required by law.

When a subscription ends

When your Paid Term ends without renewal, your account switches to Limited Mode: you can still view, load and export your projects, but calculations need an active subscription (Section 10.7).

Price changes

We may change prices on at least 30 days' notice. A change takes effect from your next term; an annual term is affected only when it renews (Section 10.6). The early price is the exception: it is not raised while it lasts.
